I was good today!

I got my annual flu shot.

And as a reward, what do I get? That's right, I get the wondrousness that is... a sore arm!

Yes, but think of the wonders of also *not* getting the flu. Good stuff!

Yes, very, very true! A slightly sore arm now is a small price to pay for not getting the flu later. Especially with me & my asthma!

I was debating... I don't think I'm going to get a flu shot, though. Hope I'm not eating those words a few months from now. :-x

From what I heard, this flu strain they're predicting this year is supposed to be a really nasty one. They're encouraging everyone to get a flu shot this year!

They're usually only around $15 - $20, and some insurances will pay for them.

I'd recommend it!

Yikes. That's quite a dilemma...

Not that I'm admitting to doing this, but I've been known to be too sick to go in to the office, but feel ok enough to have a marvelous day at home, on the couch reading resting. ;)
