Who do I strangle for allowing JC to go out in public dressed like that?

The greased back hair, the pornstache, the funky ass shirt-vest with the damn buckles... I mean how in the hell did he get past his 'people' to go appear on tv dressed like that?!?!

Any one part of that outfit, alone, I might've been able to handle. But that whole thing, in combination? Yuck!
