Sheesh...

Life gets a little busy, and I feel like I've been locked up away from LJ for ages & ages.

I had to get my computer replaced at work last week, and I REALLY need to install the LJ client on it. I'd be willing to bet that being able to vent at LJ yesterday when I was completely & utterly pissed off and everything & everybody would have helped.

Happy Birthday Joey! & Nick!

How odd is it that 2 SDB have their birthday today? And Justin's is only 3 days later.

I am still DESPERATELY waiting for the Celebrity DVD to come out. I'd even be happy to hear a semi-official rumor (but not if it did nothing but tell me... sorry, not yet, ya gotta wait, nyah nyah).

OK - time for

I got a new dress Saturday! I love buying new clothes. I got this particular item at coldwatercreek.com. I like some of their stuff, a lot of it is really casual, or too 'old' looking, but sometimes I find really good deals on some good stuff. This particular dress is a pretty teal color, with long sleeves, and little buttons all the way up the front. It's long (about ankle length on me), and very twirly.

And I found a new TV show to watch. Veritas: The Quest... it reminds me a lot of the Indiana Jones movies, but this show has a science bent rather than a religious one. I've needed a new tv show to watch rather badly. I've pretty much given up on Buffy (it's getting really old). I kind of like Enterprise, but I've had trouble really getting into the show. I like to watch a lot of the decorating shows & stuff on HGTV, but again, that stuff gets old after a while. It's semi-entertaining, but it's not quite the same as series television.

I think I'd like Alias, but I hate nothing more than coming into an existing series, where I know nothing of the characters, the back story, and etc.

Anybody have a good website or something to recommend where I'll be able to get the whole back-story and everything else I need to know to get into Alias?
