rosebee | YAY! Feeling better!

-Made an appointment to go see my psychiatrist about a dosage increase.

-Got outside in the sunshine for a good walk.

-Had a great chat with a good friend on said walk.

I'm glad I'm feeling better.

I'm currently enjoying my afternoon break at work with a raspberry Italian Soda and strawberry shortcake. YUM! :)
