Wildfires suck!
Yesterday (afternoon, especially) was a really bad day for my lungs - lots of smoke in air from wildfires nearby (nearby = 100 miles or so).
Not in our backyard, but close enough that the winds brought the smoke to us.
This morning is a lot better, and I'm hoping it stays that way! I'm on my strongest asthma meds and will be regularly sucking on my rescue inhaler.
I have a busy morning! At 8am I have physical therapy, then at 11am I have a specialized hearing test for Auditory Processing Disorder. I'm really curious to see how it goes, and what it ends up being able to tell me!
