I can't believe today's Thursday already!
These short 4-day weeks really go by quickly! I'm SOOO looking forward to vacation next week. Today and tomorrow and then I get a whole week off to go run away and do relaxing things!
I also realized I don't have a rain hat. I have a nice sun hat, but no rain hat.
REI had an Outdoor Research brand hat called a Seattle Sombrero. It looked like it would certainly do the job... but it was $54! And I just don't know if I need/want a rain hat that badly.
Maybe I'll just try to waterproof a baseball cap, and then I can wear that underneath the hood of my rain jacket. The hood is nicely waterproof, but it doesn't come far enough foward to keep my glasses dry.
OH! I saw baseball cap type hats at REI... I should go back, and see if any of them are water proof. It wouldn't solve the dilemma of having the hood restricting my vision & muffling sound, but it'd be cheaper than the $54 rain hat and would probably work.

MrB made me pancakes for breakfast this morning. YUUUMMMMM!!!! :D
The new headphones we bought arrived, Sennheiser HD-485. Very comfortable. Now I can have take my other pair and then can go back to live at my computer desk, and this new pair can live at the tv!
